One of our favorite sporting events, the Summer Olympics, is ’round the corner in one of our favorite spots, Londontown! These athletes who we admire and aspire to have been TRAINING practically all their lives for this opportunity. This should inspire us to release our inner superjocks and reach our personal fitness bests. Why not go for gold ourselves? Over the years, we’ve received many requests for trainer referrals and as much as we try our best to qualify a universe of fitness goals (build muscle! lose weight!) and hone in on the exact pairing, many times this matchmaking is more akin to art than science.
